Determination

Determination is purposing not to quit but to continue on, regardless of opposition.

"I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."  Philippians 3:14

Diligence

Diligence is working on the task set before me with all my heart.

Initiative

Initiative is recognizing on my own what needs to be done and doing it.

Self-control is controlling my words and actions through obedience to the Holy Spirit.

"Those who belong to Christ have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.  Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.  Galatians 5:24,25

Generosity

Generosity is giving freely of myself and my possessions without expecting anything in return.

Honesty

Honesty is being honorable, truthful and upright in character and actions.

"For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men."  II Corinthians 8:2

Neatness is keeping things clean and in order.

Respectfulness is honoring and loving those whom God is using in my life
to develop character.

"Show proper respect to everyone: Love the brotherhood of believers, fear God, honor the king." I Peter 2:17

Obedience
Obedience is submission to God and
to those whom He puts in authority over me.

"Blessed...are those who hear the word of God and obey it." Luke 11:28

Kindness
Kindness is showing consideration for others in my words and deeds.

"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ Jesus forgave you." Ephesians 4:32

Friendliness
Friendliness is accepting and liking another person
the way God made him.

"Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God." Romans 15:7
