Athletics
Physical education and sports play an
important role in the life of our school. In addition to regularly
scheduled physical education classes and quarterly intramural
activities, student have an opportunity to participate in afternoon
sports activities. Depending on the age, sports include softball,
tennis, soccer, track, basketball and cheerleading. On campus
athletic facilities include a softball/soccer field, multi-purpose
court, mini-track, and a gymnasium.

Schedule
The
Heiskell School will be offering track this Spring for grades 5 through
8.
All practices are from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. (rain or shine). Most
meets start at 4:15 p.m. and finish by 6:15-6:30 p.m. All meets are
subject to cancellation due to weather.

2009 Spring
Co-Ed
Softball
The
Heiskell School is offering softball again this spring for grades 2-8.
All games will be played after school. Be sure to bring your own glove. All games will be played between 3:30 p.m. and 4:50 p.m. All
players
must be picked up no later than 5:00 p.m.
The season will
begin in April. In
event of bad weather, whiffle ball games will be played in the
gymnasium.
