Welcome to The Heiskell School!      Please visit our Calendar and This Week pages for important dates for the 2007-2008 school year.      On Monday, May 5, students may wear KidsRace 2008 T-shirts with uniform shorts/skort.   Also on  Monday, Moms in Touch will meet at 8:30 a.m., and after school Team 1 will play Team 2 in softball.      On Tuesday, the Heiskell Track & Field team will have their ice cream social and awards presentation at 3:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.      On Wednesday, the Preschool Room Mothers Luncheon will be held at 12:30 p.m., and afterschool Team 2 will play Team 3 in softball at 3:30 p.m.      On Thursday, Dads in Prayer will meet at 8:00 a.m., and 3rd Grade classes will participate in "Box City" presented by the Atlanta Preservation Society.   Also on Thursday, 1st Grade students will be spending the night at the Atlanta Zoo as part of their "Nightcrawlers" program.      On Friday, chapel for students will be held at 10:00 a.m.   Friday is Space Day at Heiskell for students in 4th-8th Grades, sponosred by Lockheed-Martin.   'Seeking His Kingdom' Bible Study with Mr. Leatherman in the library at 2:30 p.m.      Saturday, May 10th is the annual Heiskell Mother-Son Event, skating at Sparkles in Smyrna, 9:00-11:00 a.m.
